Review of the latest national and international standard changes in industrial spray production and their impact on product quality
In 2024, the Iranian National Standards Organization has implemented important changes in industrial spray production standards.
1. Can Pressure Standard (ISIRI 13755): The minimum pressure tolerance of aerosol cans has been increased from 1.2 MPa to 1.4 MPa.
2. VOC Content Standard: The maximum volatile organic compound (VOC) content has received new limits, ensuring compliance with European environmental standards (REACH).
3. Labeling and Warnings: New requirements for including batch numbers, manufacturing and expiry dates, and QR codes.
